Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The website and the software are separate
This website describes the UniPractice software. Use of the software itself is governed only by a signed master services agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
Product information and pricing
We describe features as they exist today and mark planned items as planned. Features, prices and availability may change. Prices shown are introductory, in US dollars, and exclude applicable taxes. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote or agreement.
Not professional advice
Content on this website is general information about software. It is not legal, medical, coding, compliance or billing advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the claims you submit and for complying with payer rules and applicable law.
Demo data
All patient, practice, provider and payer details shown in screenshots and demos are fictitious. UniPractice is currently offered for evaluation on demo data only.
Trademarks and third parties
UniPractice and its logo are our trademarks. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. Medicare and Medicaid are programs of the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Claim.MD and other third-party names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to this website, and do not use it to send unlawful content or protected health information. Good-faith security research is welcome under the responsible disclosure terms on our Security page.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
